Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Sri Saran Krishna Cow Ghee, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please read our policies below for returns, refunds, and replacements.
Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product was spoiled at the time of delivery.
In such cases, please share clear photos or videos of the issue via WhatsApp or call us at +91 98658 56965 within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Notes
We use your information to:
- Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original condition with at least 90% of the ghee unused.
- Returns must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the product.
- We recommend calling our customer support before returning any item.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations.
Refund Policy
We will initiate a refund under the following scenarios:
- The product is lost during shipping.
- You receive a product that is damaged or spoiled.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- The product is out of stock after the order is placed.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of approval. The amount will reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
Not Eligible for Refund
Quality issues reported after 3 days from delivery. Product has been consumed beyond 10%. Refund requests due to customer’s incorrect order
Note
Returns and refunds will only be processed if the product is returned in original condition with a minimum of 90% unused ghee within 4 days of receipt. In all other cases, the company’s decision will be final.
Replacement Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the product received, you may request a Replacement or Refund by contacting our helpdesk at 9865856965 within 24 hours of delivery
Replacements are applicable for:
Damaged or spoiled products. Incorrect item received.
The replacement/refund will be initiated after we receive the original product in acceptable condition.
