Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped by reaching out to us via:

In such cases, your entire order amount will be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours, and the amount will be credited back to your account within 3–5 business days.
Order Cancellation After Shipping (But Before Delivery)
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, we will coordinate directly with our courier partner to cancel the delivery.
Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
Order Cancellation After Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been delivered, the request will be treated as a return, and our Return Policy will apply, including all related terms and conditions.
Important Note
In case the address provided at the time of order is incorrect or falls outside our delivery zones, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
